Statement Parser is a product of Flat Rate Bookkeeping and Taxes, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). This privacy policy explains how we handle information when you use statemintparser.com.

What We Do Not Collect

We do not use cookies. We do not use tracking pixels, analytics scripts, or third-party advertising tools. We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information simply by visiting this site or using the free parse tool.

Uploaded Statement Data

When you upload a PDF bank statement, it is transmitted to our server solely for the purpose of parsing. The file is processed in memory, the transaction data is returned to your browser, and the uploaded file is not retained, saved, or stored on our servers after processing is complete. We do not read, analyze, or use your financial data for any purpose other than generating the parsed output you requested.

No Cookies

We do not use cookies of any kind — not for tracking, not for analytics, not for advertising. The only data stored locally on your device is your free parse count, which is kept in your browser's localStorage so the site can track your 3 free uses. This data never leaves your device.

Payment Processing

If you purchase full access, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not see, handle, or store your credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled. Your purchase may be associated with an email address for receipt purposes only.

No Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your data with any third party for marketing, advertising, or any other purpose. We are not affiliated with any bank or financial institution.

Data Security

All data transmitted to and from statemintparser.com is encrypted via HTTPS. Uploaded files are processed in memory and not written to permanent storage.

Children's Privacy

This tool is intended for use by adults for business and bookkeeping purposes. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.
