Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Statement Parser at statemintparser.com ("the Service"), a product of Flat Rate Bookkeeping and Taxes, Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
Statement Parser is an AI-powered tool that extracts transaction data from digital PDF bank statements and formats it as a CSV file for review and export. The Service is intended for use by bookkeepers, accountants, small business owners, freelancers, and contractors for legitimate business record-keeping purposes.
Free Use and Paid Access
The Service offers 3 free statement parses per browser session. Full access — including unlimited parses and CSV download — is available for a one-time payment of $27. This is a lifetime access fee with no subscription, no renewal, and no recurring charges. All future updates are included at no additional cost.
Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of payment, contact us at contact@statementparser.com for a full refund. No questions asked.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and only with bank statements you have a legal right to process. You agree not to upload documents belonging to others without authorization, attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the Service, use the Service to process fraudulent or fabricated financial documents, or attempt to circumvent the free parse limit through automated means.
No Storage of Financial Data
Uploaded PDF files are processed in memory and are not stored on our servers. We do not retain, archive, or have access to your financial documents after processing is complete. You are responsible for saving your parsed output.
Accuracy and Verification
Statement Parser uses AI to extract transaction data. Results may contain errors. You are solely responsible for verifying all parsed output against your original bank statements before using the data for any financial, tax, or business purpose. We are not liable for errors in parsed output.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and content, is the property of Flat Rate Bookkeeping and Taxes, Inc. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all bank statement formats.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flat Rate Bookkeeping and Taxes, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The effective date will be updated accordingly.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
